4. Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€). Payment may be completed via card, bank transfer, or other available online payment methods. Full or partial prepayment may be required to secure a booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Participation is at your own responsibility. Alpine Zone is not liable for personal injury unless caused by proven negligence, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings.

8. Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance unless otherwise explicitly stated.

9. Media & Content

Photos and videos may be captured during activities. By participating, you agree that Alpine Zone may use this material for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, you must inform us in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Alpine Zone and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or copy and misuse its content.
